All-round dreadful

Have called 4 times to have my credit card closed, and it still hasn't been. Between extended hold times and continued enquiries, I'm now into the 4th hour in a week for what should be a very simple enquiry. Having had continued and ongoing interest rate increases, we decided to move to a bank where we wouldn't go bankrupt....GSB dragged out the settlement continually. Genuinely do not recommend.
