An organisation with no customer empathy or customer service

I recently had a problem with a scam text that resulted in me accessing my Linkt account and paying them extra money.
I endeavored to report the scam and ask them about my account security, but could actually phone and talk to anyone on these important matters.
They do not have an email address and don't give any feedback when you submit complaints or feedback through their online links. They appear to work hand in hand with scammers to get more money from their customers and I can see why they have no positive reviews.
