I visited Melbourne last month. I did not have any toll account so after returning from there, I was regularly checking for outstanding amount to pay on their website but did not show any outstanding. But today I got an invoice with extra invoicing charge of $15.They scam people for not letting them to pay online instead they issues invoice asking extra invoicing fee of $15 which is unnecessary
