Exchange of dress

What can I say, they have had my return for over 3 weeks now per Aus Post tracking , after 7 emails from myself advising this, one generic email from mosaic asking what I returned. They have my payment , now the goods with no resolution to date. Guess Fair trading NSW is next on my email list to lodge an official complaint. I will never purchase through this company again and will shout their incompetence to all of my friends. Beware of mosaic, truly appalling customer service
