Bad service

I ordered the same product twice and both times received the wrong article. I got my refund for the first wrong article after a lot of pressure through email from me but after a month of tracking, my second return parcel is still sitting in the same place obviously waiting for them to collect it to pay me my refund. When I email they just give me the same answer. Don't buy from here.
