I spent $50 for the cheap quality and different size product and I requested for a refund, they charged $10 for delivery label and refunded me $25. Tried to explain that’s the wrong amount I been refunded and attached the proofs but still unable to get the correct refund. SHEIN Customer Support takes ages to respond. The whole process was just a waste of time. Not shopping ever again. Lesson learned better read some of the reviews before you buy anything. =)
