Untrustworthy and unreasonable (Avoid at all costs)

My big move day was today.
Scheduled for 2pm-6pm. Its now 6.30pm and here I am, still at my apartment surrounded by bags and boxes - They didn't turn up! They called me at 5.45pm to let me know.
They were very unsympathetic, and said they will be here tomorrow. My agreed vacate date at my flat is today, so they are charging me a weeks rent as a result. $550 it has cost me and a whole weekend gone.
Did they offer me anything to compensate? No. Why? Because they gave me a $10 discount when I originally arranged the booking.
With all the stress that moving house brings, these guys will quadruple that stress.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
