To start they went to the destination address to pick up and were consequently 35 minutes late. Multiple breakages and damage and had no idea how to pack a truck. Couldn't get my fridge out of the apartment and I had to pay the new owners movers to get it out and another mover to pick it up and deliver. Couldn't fit all items on the truck because they couldn't pack it property. A nightmare experience and then 1000 questions from the company to fill in. Unreliable, inexperienced and careless and dishonest as well.
