Companies need to stop using them

I run a business so I know things happen here and there but these guys are absolutely useless. Their support team make you think they are doing something to help but never resolve any issues. They've lost 2 packages in the last month for me personally. They don't read the delivery instructions. And make no attempt to contact you on arrival. They will never be on the shortlist as a courier for any of my companies and I hope other companies do the same. We've not had trouble with any other courier besides couriers please. I won't be buying from companies who use couriers please moving forward.
