Dreadful! Would never use them.

I had a large parcel to be delivered, had to go to hospital for unexpected appointment, and while there got the message the parcel had been attempted delivery but no one home, and a link to organize redelivery with the card left. Card was in the letterbox, I attempted reorganization following directions on the link, but did not seem to work, so I tried calling. Haha, try it! In the finish I tried calling and asking to speak to someone, they send you a link and someone (eventually) responds and you get an automated response again and so on and on. Don't use them if you think there might be a problem - in fact if you want to keep your sanity don't use them at all !!!
