delivery problem

I received a message on Wednesday 22 feb23 stating my package would be delivered that day, didn't arrive.
another message on Thursday 23/2/23 stating would be delivered that day, didn't happen.
Friday 24/2/23 another message, tried to ring the company automated response, may as well talk to myself, parcel arrived Friday afternoon left on the ground under the letter box, it had rained so parcel was wet. would not recommend this delivery service to anyone
