Zero Stars - No prospect of ever getting my parcels

The most shocking experience I have ever had with a courier firm. Ordered something from Target online in January, had I known that it would have been sent with couriers please I would have driven the two hours to pick up the items. My items were sent in three lots one with Australia post (which arrived after a couple of days) and two with couriers please. They have now had my parcels for three weeks and no prospect of delivery, countless emails (as you can't speak to a human) and i'm still getting no where. I am out of pocket, the items are no longer in stock and my son still doesn't have his school shorts. If there was zero stars I would give this, enjoy my parcels as from your responses I am never going to receive them and also $100 out of pocket.
