Tried to organised for a package delivery to be changed to another day as i wouldn't be home on the day they texted saying they are delivering that day. Driver marked the delivery as wrong address. Multiple calls later i was advised they were sending the package back to the sender and there was nothing that could be done despite repeated assurances the package would be delivered.
