Could easily win the worst courier service ever

Received a card in the mailbox saying we attempted delivery but they actually never went inside the premises. When we spoke on the phone and asked why they didn't enter and ring the bell, the reply was "we don't do that". What sort of delivery services this? On second attempt 2 days later, we just just got a text saying delivery was attempted. This time the front door was open all day. If I had a choice, I would never use Toll ever again and if I know a super uses them I just won't buy from that supplier
