Do your customers a favour and avoid using this company!

My parcel was delivered to a house with red bricks, we don't have a brick house! They never answer the phone although they did call me back. The online chat was useless. I raised my concerns for the other parcels coming next week, there was no response (via online chat)! Now they say it could have been dropped at another depo but can't be certain?! The ratings speak for themselves. I'd happily leave a better review if my item was delivered to me.
