Most useless couriers in existence

Toll have never once delivered a package on time. latest is an overnight delivery that is now 3 days late. they say it will take them another 2 days to investigate. pathetic. ive never had a package delivered on time, and most the time i am forced to pick up the packages from toll rather than them actually delivering. avoid at all costs.
