Still on hold

Another incident similar to below where I transferred some money from my Nab account before Xmas and it was identified as potentially fraudulent and blocked. My internet banking was also blocked. After hours on the phone I got through to someone who asked way too many questions including why I wanted to transfer my money somewhere else, and was advised that everything was fixed. This was on or around the 21st of December.
Now it's the 29th of December and nothing has changed. I cannot access my online banking and have no idea were my money has gone.
I have been on hold for an hour and a half, no idea where I am in the queue, no estimate of when I will get through to someone who will no doubt be equally incompetent.
I'm done with Nab.
Edit: After 2 hours on the phone I was again told they had fixed the block, only for me to log into internet banking to find my money was still in my Nab account but everything was still blocked. I went into my local branch who confirmed that my account was till blocked but they cannot do anything in branch to unblock it as their manager was on a Zoom call.
Thankyou Nab, in my experience you are completely incompetent.
