Ordered a pair a trainers but what was sent was a pair on pants. Like I get how a size of trainer or a type of trainer might be sent but I don't understand how your send a tiny thin box that supposedly has a pair of trainers in it? Any way still haven't gotten a refund (wanted an exchange but they were out of stock) on the upside the CS I got through to in minutes and I got the return label in about 10 mins. Cant say id be filled with confidence ordering again ...
