Great products! Expensive but great products. However, their EXCHANGE PROGRAM is not really an exchange because it could take up to twenty-one days to receive your replacement product. Customer Service is horrible and hard to understand. If you want their products, order them but if you need to make an exchange, return the item and just order a replacement yourself should be much quicker. I will never order directly from Adidas.com again.
