I ordered my vacuum battery nearly a month ago and I was guaranteed to receive the order 5-7 business days after, however nothing. I emailed and called and they haven't solved my issue! Unacceptable.
Update: this is the second time I ordered the parts because Dyson messed up. They told me at first it was my payment that didn't work, then later told me it was their fault. They told me to reorder so I did. The next day I tell them to cancel my order because I found a battery on Amazon. They tell me I can't cancel because it has already been shipped so I asked for a tracking number and then they said the next day it was never shipped and it was cancelled. This is so frustrating because I never get any help and the automated response tells me the same thing every time.
