Never experienced something like this, ordered and paid for the most expensive vacuum cleaner in the range for next day delivery. Order turned out to be lost in their system, luckily we found the order confirmation, but even with this exchanged there is NO delivery and still waiting for the money to be returned. Absolutely unacceptable. If you want a Dyson, don't buy it from Dyson!!
