Dyson

I received a defect humidifier from Dyson and after many attempts to get it fixed (dud replacements, wrong replacement, promises of a new improved version when available, promises reneged, waiting for a promised pump to be delivered, and finally sending it in for repair) it finally works, after two years! Before this I was a loyal Dyson consumer. Even with the gift of a free ventilator, it simply doesn't compensate for the bad service, I am never buying a Dyson again.
