Ordered two meals at Clifton Moor York

Ordered two meals at Clifton Moor York, after a long wait we went to our car but was very disappointed, the meals were stone cold surely there must be some way of keeping the meals warm. A waste of almost £18 pounds. Will be a long while before we go back again if ever .
