Husband ordered a Black Friday sale (Canada). No way to know how long delivery could be. He tracked the shiping but the product didn’t leave sistaco for weeks. Husband contacted by email twice before xmas with no answer. Tried customer service again after xmas. He only got an answer when he attempted to cancel his order through his Visa. No xmas gift, no news and Sistaco refused to refund or give a discount for the trouble and poor customer service. They reissued the product (2 weeks shipping about) saying it was lost in transit. Very disappointed in the customer service.
