Weber Baby Q Series

I had a Webber baby q 1200 as a birthday present just over a month ago 2021
When I first used it no issues
Since then it won’t heat up to the required temperature , I have changed the gas bottle no difference
I contacted the support centre at Webber after emails back and forwards they have decided there is nothing wrong with the bbq
I will never buy another Webber product
