Hoselink Retractable Hose Reel

Very disappointed in the hose from a reliability point of view. Turned out the rewind spring failed, not only broke in one place but shattered into about 15 pieces. The company offered me a 30% discount on a replacement but as I have another 2 hose reels which are older and still operating perfectly I bought another product to replace it.
