Hoselink Retractable Hose Reel

Originally was very happy with the product.
However, did not stand the test of time and after 6 months won't retract anymore.
Contacted Hoselink and they directed me to informational videos. My time is too valuable to troubleshoot something that is clearly defective.
Custom fittings are also awkward to use, and some leaking.
Wish I had gone to Bunnings or somewhere like the hosefactory for a traditional hose reel.
Avoid like the plague, did not live up to the hype.
