After wanting a Secretlab for so long I finally bit the bullet and made the purchase to unfortunately receive a faulty chair. Initial support was great and sent out replacement parts that sadly did not fix the issue of the chair being misaligned, many back and forth emails with support including a letter of demand from ACCC led to a stale conversation with no resolution and upon me falling quite ill i am now stuck with uneven chair (chair backing is not square with the base).
