Worst customer service ever from a bank

A transaction has been made for $12,000 on my card through uber eats ( Which was meant to be$50 - the correct amount) and I went to the bank to resolve this. This is the 4th time this has happened to me and the bank does not give a damn about the me. They said I will have to wait for 3 to 4 weeks without a card. and they will work on this dispute on the background. The fact that this is not even caused by me and I am the person suffering. They say on their moto " NAB more than anything " - please remove this motor, your bank is absolutely hopeless.
