I bought this surfboard for my partner’s birthday after his first surf the actual case of the fin box, cracked while changing fins. We put a complaint and asked to Hayden shapes to change the surfboard. They replayed after a month saying that it was deemed user error with force making the damage around the fin area and it is absolutely not true. I read few similar reviews the Hayden shapes cracks and breaks really easily.
Generally bad customer service from the company.
