2. Had government rebate removed from policy
3. Waiting periods placed on policy despite coming from a higher policy with BUPA and serving over 10 years, advised there would be no wait periods when joining
4. No rebate when card was used for treatment that was covered (had to cover all expenses)
5. Calls advising policy needed to be backdated to earlier date which was incorrect
6. Advised when cancelling that i would need to serve waiting periods with my new health insurer which was also incorrect
7. Multiple emails sent asking for information with zero replies
