I have to agree if the app glitches out it shouldn’t take your money and not your order. This app glitched our twice and took my money but no order. Need to fix the system because that’s not right at all. Taking ppl money without an automatic payment back into your account is just horribly frustrating esp when you spend good money on tips. I shouldn’t have to wait for my money to come back in my acct in a day or so. It should cancel out as soon as the system glitches out. I will not be using the app again.
