Well, this is was such an unpleasant experience. I didn’t have high expectations to start off with, however it was worse than I thought it would be. As soon as I entered the ER unit, the nurse was eating a snack, she didn’t bother to stop eating and put her mask on right away. I understand you might’ve been busy and not gotten a chance to eat, however that is disrespectful to speak while you’re chewing. Well that was the first time I’ve visited this hospital. I called the next day to ask If I could speak with a sibling of mine who was admitted there, they transferred me 3 times and each person I spoke with didn't have ANY bedside manners. Two of which were part of the psychiatric unit. As a person who works in the medical field, I would never speak to a patient the way they did to me.
