Terrible experience. Strung along for 5 months, only to be declined a psychiatric appointment every single time with no reason given. Directed us to attend the GP 3 times. First referral rejected. No reason given. Told to go back, another referral for a 291 assessment, also rejected, no reason given. Did not even contact us, expected us to go back to the GP a 3rd time to be told all referrals had been rejected. 5 months later, still desperately needing to see a psychiatrist for 14 year old daughter. Would be much nicer to say no straight away than all the wasted time and cost and anguish of this. Came highly recommended from a friend, we would not recommend to anyone.Disgusted!
