This is getting beyond a joke. No regard for their customers. The amount of train cancellations every week to and from Wallan on the Seymour line with no replacement buses making myself and others late for work and having to then drive and waste money on fuel and parking or forced to sometimes wait an extra hour to get home. This isn't the metro line that runs every 5 mins. Most of your rubbish cancellations already have a train on the platform that gets cancelled with no real reason and no form of reimbursement. It's pathetic and vline needs to get their act together.
