The worst Travel Agency experience I ever had. No professionalism and customer service at all. They lie and don't even answer phone calls when they are in fault.
You better book your ticket online directly with airlines.
It is cheaper as you are not paying agent's commission and the airlines will keep you updated and you can make any changes to your booking online, by your self, online.
No need to talk to these agents.
