Gaura Travel

This is the worst organisation i have ever had to deal with, they are never true to their word and it is a real pain having to explain to every agent what the problem is on every call and receiving no resolution. I had been waiting for days to receive my e-ticket after making a full payment and was told different reasons of why they were unable to send it to me. Finally when i did receive it, almost every detail(baggage, timings) was INCORRECT. They made no attempt to fix this and every time I called in I was told different stories. It has been an absolute atrocity dealing with Gaura Travel I will never book with them again!
