Please think twice about buying

Please think twice about buying a DR Horton home. So many misguided truths and no follow up. Oh they say they will follow up but in reality it’s a fight all the way. I moved into my home in June of 2019. In just three years I had to replace my roof which is now noted was not under code. There was even plywood not nailed down once the old shingles were removed. Shingles were the lowest grade possible and I kept losing shingles after just a bad storm. My home would never have made it through a hurricane. Insurance companies should begin to question this negligence. That’s only the beginning of all the issues but the roof is the most recent. Love the layout of my home but there are many ways it was built the cheapest way possible.
