It seems that job recruitment process in AA is just a miserable practice. Recruitment proces was done, references contacted, and just contract to be signed. They have offered position and employment through employment agent. Lots of positive comments regarding interview, and then company has "disappeared". After each phonecall to find what is happening, answer through employment agency was, that manager is on holiday or we will know more next week. After three weeks they are not sure if they need new employee or not. They even do not have a basic professional decency to tell you their final decision.
So, if you respect yourself and your professionalism, please do NOT apply for any job offers with AA. They are unprofessional, confused bunch of "managers". Do not waste your life and knowledge with miserable and confused Anglo American. Get away from this miserable company.
