Do not buy from this builder

Do not buy from this builder. They are nonresponsive to the plethora of issues you will find with their homes, their workers, building code violations, garbage all over the property, bug infestations, horrible warranty dept., floods, leaks, touch up paint that doesn't match, their management company who is deep in their pockets who takes their side on every matter, streetlights that haven't worked properly still since March, nails you have to avoid stepping on strewn all over the sidewalks so you don't puncture your shoe/foot - you can't make this stuff up. I can't stress to you how far you should distance yourself from them unless you want to live in a nightmare.
