Lousy and not honest clientservice!

Terrible "service"! After a telephone call where I complaint about the new, not announced, taste of Paradontax, I was told that when I send the 2 toothpastes back I would get them refunded. It was a longer call because GSK needed a lot of detailed information. Now after several calls, e-mails and completing 2 refund forms and 1,5 month later I still didn't get my money back! Lousy and not honest client service!
