One of the worst

Gross Waddell would have to be one of the worst property managers on the planet. They rarely respond to emails and phone calls. Took several month to execute a final inspection. Took months to act on any issues. Are rude and profoundly unprofessional. Will happily slam the phone down at the end of a phone call. Have arrived unannounced to inspect the property. Quite happy to browbeat tenants into signing long leases. A dreadful organisation. One of the worst.
