Just Terrible. Can not engage 8the gear, chain constantly slipping, grinding and jamming against the chain cover even after I just brought it in for servicing.
No instruction manual and online version gives absolutely no relevant information, had to find out from online reviews that you can’t drive through puddles or you’ll fry the electronics and the Electra Townie Go’s battery pack does not last for 30 miles as many online reviews state. I tested it from full to empty and it was barely 20 miles.
Don’t be fooled by Trek’s inferior product.
