Trek Bicycle

Chain snapped after 9 months of ownership. Was only using bike to ride on flat streets to work. Retailer and Trek not interested. Wish I’d read reviews on here first before purchasing as it seems Trek are in the gutter as far as products and customer service are concerned these days. Avoid like the plague!
