Been a customer in the past but in this case for the poor review l was not a customer, had a road stone ready mix truck access private property damaging the full driveway on CCTV as he wanted to turn and reverse, this truck in question is a 32 tonnes on a residential area, any professional truck driver would know this is not a smart move. The truck crashed all the driveway, and drive off after getting out and looking at the damage done, no note left, l contacted road stone customer service to explain what happened and CCTV provided clearly showing reg. Was told it's the driver to take it up with and not anything to do with road stone as Drivers all subcontractors. Road stone would not provide the drivers information as recommend to follow up with the driver had 2 sales reps call me to say look just drop it and go away, would not buy from again because of this poor experience.
