They opened a case for me on January 12. Said it would take a week at the most to resolve. Here we are two months later, and the case is still not resolved. Their customer service contacted through FB asked me to STOP contacting them to get an update, saying they will contact me if there is any news. If there is no news for another year or never, I am asked to patiently wait.
