If you risk using this service never allow substituation as inferior or lesser quantity goods can be provided but at the higher cost. I had to contact my bank about their recent deduction. I spent many hours attempting to communicate with Helpline staff and provided my bank deduction and the invoice they provided. Despite this and the discrepancy they weren't interested. Indeed they provided incorrect information and it was clear they hadn't looked fully at the emails and evidence.
