I bought a VERSA 2 for my wife 2 years and 8 month ago
Suddenly the display brightness can not be adjusted anymore. If you look on comments many customers have the same problem.
Answer from Fitbit support: there is no repair service and no spare parts available. Their offer: Buy a new one at 35% discount for 97 Euro. On Internet I can get it for 107 without any discount. Never ever Fitbit in the future, look on alternatives like Garmin or others.
