Ordered some trainers but had to return them as they were too small. Now going through the tortuous process of getting a refund, which has not been provided within their 14 day return policy time period. I’ve made lots of calls and keep getting fobbed off. I wish I’d read these reviews before ordering and I certainly won’t be buying anything else from Puma.
