Worst flight experience ever! Pilot no call no show. How is it possible that customers pay for employee issues with Alaska Air and negotiation with union. Customers depend on air schedule paid for and as we know there may be special circumstances but a Pilot just not showing up…. Please analyze your flight options as Alaska Air is not certain or reliable. A $12 dollar voucher was all they gave us to spend. I was only able to buy a coffee. Unbelievable!
